Bio

Dr. Abby Pekoske Fulton has a BA in mathematics with a minor in music from Carthage College, a MS in mathematics from Oregon State University, and a Ph.D. in mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh. Her MS dissertation was "An Introduction to Entropy and Subshifts of Finite Type" and her Ph.D. dissertation focused on the "Dynamics of DNA Knots and Links."

She has given invited talks at the AMS Western Sectional meetings, The Institute for Computational and Experimental Research [ICERM] at Brown University, the Joint Mathematics Meetings, and the BIRS Workshop at the Banff International Research Station.
